Bootcamp Classes

Some call them “bootcamps”, “classes”, or “collective sweatfests”, but we call them awesome group fitness.. This is where members of a supportive community assemble for intense, effective, fun , 45 minute workouts. One of our awesome coaches leads the sessions providing motivation, inspiration, and expert instruction to maximize your results.

Personal Training

PT is the ultimate approach for the client who wants to supercharge their success and achieve goals at the quickest pace possible. One-on-one personal training sessions with fully customized workouts, nutrition, and weekly accountability provide for the highest level of personal service and attainment of results. If you want to share your trainer with a friend, ask about “Buddy Training”.

Unlimited Bootcamp Sessions and Nutritional Coaching are included with all Personal Training Programs.

Yoga

Yoga is one of the most essential practices to healthy movement in our lives. Whether you are looking for strength, improvement in mobility, or just to release all the stored tension in the body and mind, you will find something that suits you. Our yoga program is accessible to all levels whether you are brand new to yoga or more advanced in your practice. 


Nutrition Coaching

“You can’t outrun fast food!” No matter how much you exercise, reaching your goals will be dramatically helped or hindered by your nutritional habits. We combine nutritional education and guidance with planning and accountability to help you succeed. Whether it’s changing your relationship with food or tweaking your macros to achieve specific goals, we treat you as the unique individual you are so that you get the best results. Semi-Private Training

SPT is essentially sharing your personal trainer with one to three other people. You get all of the same great benefits of personal training with the added motivation and fun of training with a partner or partners.

Unlimited Bootcamp Sessions are included in all Semi-Private Training programs. .
