SHBN was founded by Frank Prather, owner of Sun House Fitness in Wilmington. Frank grew up in Maryland where he was a successful personal trainer for many years. He later moved to Los Angeles and worked for over a decade as a TV casting director, producer, and development executive, eventually making the leap to live entertainment production. In 2020 he moved to Wilmington to be closer to family and in 2023 opened Sun House to share his passion for health and fitness with the community. Frank leverages his experience in various industries to find creative ways to build his business and looks forward to meeting other entrepreneurs who do the same.
