HEALTHY THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS!

When November hits the struggle begins. The first week is filled with leftover Halloween candy (but they’re so tiny!) Then the weather is getting chilly and the chili is getting warm bread to dip in it. Thanksgiving is coming in hot like gravy on mashed potatoes and Christmas is ready to HAMmer it all home. Plus our schedules are all over the place so it feels easy to eat but tough to get to the gym. WE WANT TO HELP!

Healthy Through The Holidays isn’t to get you to eat steamed broccoli and egg whites while working out 5 days per week. It’s designed to support keeping as much of your healthy habits intact as possible. Together we can make sure we’re getting in some protein shakes between baked goods and keeping up a maintenance plan at the gym. Just enough so you don’t lose everything you’ve worked so hard for all year and you’re able to hit the ground running in January.
