Sun House Fitness isn’t a “gym”, it’s a program that also happens to have a gym! We help clients get started on a new fitness program, ramp up at their own speed, and achieve their goals. We specialized in helping people who have never worked out, are just getting back into it, or aren’t getting results from their current program. 98% of our clients are women who want to get stronger, build muscle, burn fat, and improve their overall health.
We train/coach clients from ages 8-85 (no kidding) and have programs for adults, seniors, kids, and teens.
The process is simple:
1) We sit down for a “no sweat” consultation to find out where you’re at fitness-wise and what your goals are. Based on that we make our best recommendation for how you should start.
For some, it’s right into the bootcamp classes (don’t worry, they’re scalable to all fitness levels and you won’t feel like the odd one out). For others, it’s a month or two of personal training to build a foundation of strength and energy levels then transitioning to the group classes. For others it’s continuing personal training and supplementing with classes if/when you so desire.
2) We schedule a FREE trial class or personal training session, depending on which path you choose. That way you can get a feel for who we are and what we do. No pressure. Just a great, fun workout. This will help you decide if SHF is for you.
3) If you decide to become a client, we enroll you in your program and get started. No big commitments, no long term contracts. It’s our mission to get you results and help you enjoy the process. The only pressure is on us!
