Summer/Fall Kids Class Time

To accommodate August schedule changes for many of our families we’ll be switching classes to afternoon times rather than evening. We want to choose times that are most convenient for everyone so PLEASE mark your preferred times below.

Also, we have quite a bit of interest in doing a fall session from Sept through Thanksgiving which would be these same afternoon times. Keep on the lookout for a registration email coming soon.

NOTE: All of the kids have worked hard and seen great improvements in the summer program. They’ve gotten stronger, improved endurance, and developed a love for exercise for exercise’s sake! Just like adults, it’s important for them to maintain consistency over time in order to retain the benefits and continue to improve. Whether a kid plays sports, or doesn’t have regularly scheduled physical activity, they all need to maintain an ongoing fitness routine to stay healthy and strong. We highly encourage you to keep them working out and to build the habits that will literally improve their quality of life now and over the long term.
