Prather Legacy Presents
A Free Talk For Players + Parents
Dreams
vs.
The Work Required
To Achieve Them
Your kid says they want to play at the next level.
Do they know what that actually requires?
A real conversation about desire, belief, and the work ethic that separates
the players who make it from the ones who almost did.
About This Talk
This Is Not A Pep Talk
Most end-of-season talks are about effort and heart and believing in yourself. This one is different. This one is about the reality of what it takes to play at the next level — and the gap between what most kids say they want and what they're actually willing to do to get there.
Your kids are old enough to hear the truth. And the truth, delivered right, doesn't crush dreams. It lights a fire under them.
"I respect you enough to be honest with you. Not coach-speak honest. Not feel-good honest. Actually honest."
— Frank PratherThis talk is free. It's 30 minutes. And it could be the thing your kid looks back on as the moment something clicked.
What We'll Cover
Six Things
Worth Hearing
The actual statistics of how many players make it to high school rosters, college programs, and professional leagues. Specific. Undeniable. Necessary.
When someone tells you that you're not performing at your potential, you have three options. Only one of them moves you forward. Champions know which one.
To your parents. To your teammates. To your own dream. Effort isn't just about you — and understanding that changes everything.
Right now, there's a kid your age training. Not because his coach told him to. Because he decided to. That kid is your competition.
At 18 years old and 140 pounds, with no athletic background, Frank Prather won the Maryland State Teenage Bodybuilding Championship in his first competition ever. One year of no limitations.
The three things that separate the players who make it from the ones who almost did. In that order. Every single time.

Frank Prather is a Wilmington-based motivational content creator, small business owner, and father behind the Prather Legacy brand — built on one simple belief: next level parents raise next level kids.
At 18, Frank walked into a gym at 140 pounds with zero athletic background and won the Maryland State Teenage Bodybuilding Championship less than a year later — his first competition ever. He's built and rebuilt businesses, gotten sober without a program, and raised a son who plays up an age group in club soccer, competes in Elite Futsal, earns straight A's at an academically gifted school, and solves a Rubik's cube in under 20 seconds.
He doesn't speak from a textbook. He speaks from a life lived at a standard most people only talk about.
